An incredibly strong paper user employed by Dokusensha. He's overall mysterious and quiet, wearing sunglasses and a large coat. He's incredibly strong physically and has no qualms about killing people to achieve his task. He challenged the Paper Sisters during "Twilight of Paper" arc of R.O.D the TV and proved too much for them; Wong was even capable of ripping Maggie's familiars apart with his own hands. He and Maggie end up fighting alone on the ground floor of Dokusensha's Hong Kong offices while Anita and Michelle move forward to help Nenene. Wong meets his end when engulfed in a sea of ink that was released when Junior detonated a series of explosives he planted throughout the Dokusensha Hong Kong building.
